Hello

i bought new/refurbished camera

Manufacturer: TP-LINK
Model: C330

S/N: 222A0W2000171

ID: A75AE1214ED5FB862
And can not bind camera to my account.
There is someones RESET PASSWORD EMAIL and PASSWORD
I Can make sure i bought new camera, a box, a bag of screws is unopened, and waterproof connection bag is unopened.

Can you help me fix this problem please.
