Hi. My husband has set up and all is great but travels. Our network isn't greatly stable and I need to be able to access the system as a manager. My husband has loaded me as a manager. I have the app. But can't link the two up. Help

Just ensure that your husband has granted the managers the full range of abilities on the app.

Go into Managers, top right there is a cog, tick all the boxes to grant managers the access to different sections. Hopefully that will solve it for you
