I have the following TL-PA7017P connected next to router downstairs and one upstairs connected to number 2 childs Xbox. Number 1 child is saying his Xbox connected via wifi is worse. Can powerline kits make wifi in other areas of the house worse?

TL-PA7017P doesn't support WiFi, which will not cause interference to WiFi connection.
