Hi @RSalinas 

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

After the reboot, it is supposed to go back to its factory position.

If you have set a preset default position, it cannot go to this position. It goes to the factory position.

After the reboot, it is supposed to go back to its factory position.

If you have set a preset default position, it cannot go to this position. It goes to the factory position.
