@Sunil21 Same I too couldn't connect the RE200 Range extender.

1. I tried moving it closer to router
2. Connecting directly to Ethernet port (Shows LAN 1 Light in Router but not on Extender)
3. Followed resetting it doesn't work rather it behaves like this
   • Power LED alone stays on for few seconds
   • Then Power button continous to blink for sometime
   • Shows all the LED with WiFi symbol blinks red for a sec & the cyle continous
   • Left the reset button pressing in all the above scenarios still doesn't work
