1. Rule out the software or manual error.
Do you share the account with anyone?
Recently, is there any firmware upgrade that causes this problem?
Is the firmware up-to-date?
Do you have any zoom-in settings?
2. Hardware issue. Something went wrong inside the camera and it triggers the zoom-in.
