Hi,

If the local network of your TL-WR841N is set to 192.168.0.1, then connect a computer (or any other device that has a web browser) to it and type the address http://192.168.0.1 and when asked enter your login credentials.

Once logged in go to the "Network" -> "LAN" menu and change the IP address 192.168.0.1 to the 10.*.*.* address you want. Also adjust the Subnet Mask to your needs.

(Btw, which menu items are shown on the webpage depends on the mode your TL-WR841N is set to. In Wireless Router mode it will look different than the screenshot.)
