2 issues I'm facing:
1) I know it' says to download the correct firmware version. But, I don't know what to base it on, what is the correct version to download? I would have expected to get the newest one but?
2) I took one down (TL-WR841Nv14_EU_0.9.1_4.16_up_boot[171208-rel59714].bin) but it won't unzip (I'm on a macbook) - bin?
Look at the router bottom sticker - there you should have printed your region EU (for example) an the HW version.
Then on the support website select the correct region and HW version and download the latest FW release.
Unzip the file and use the bin file for upgrading the router FW. If you can't unzip on a macbook use a PC for the upgrade.
