Hellow,
I have a problem with my voip gate C530 IP. The gate is connect to the router and I hve a conection to my VoIP provider, the problem is when I call to my VoIP home numer I hear the voice one way. I turn off the SIP AGL i try open the port 5060 UDP and range of ports for RTP 10000-20000 but steal dont work.
Please help me.

I've used an ER605 for voip with my Gigaset N300 without any problems. I'd be surprised if the firmware on the C530IP is much different.
One way audio is usually a NAT problem.
In my experience SIP ALGs are best turned off, most are broken in some way. The best way is to ensure that any NAT mappings are kept active by use of keep-alive packets.
You shouldn't need to open any ports directly.
You MAY need to configure a STUN server or outbound proxy (depending on your voip provider) in the Network data section of your Voip connection configuration.
Also make that NAT refresh time is set to 20 sec.

Can you wireshark from LAN and WAN to monitor what happened to during the call? Please port mirror and monitor this.

@Stanislaw123 hi, i just solved this, it's a bug with the firmware, try updating to firmware 20240119, if that doesn't work, go to Transmission->Routing->Policy Routing and create the following rule:
Name: Choose one
Service Type: ALL
Source IP: Select or create one that includes your LAN, or the network from which you're trying to access VOIP.
Destination IP: ALL
WAN: WAN
Effective Time: Any
Mode: Priority.
Note that this takes into account the fact that you're using just one WAN, if you're using multiple WANs (in load balancing or failover mode) you'll need to change the Destination IP to a group containing only your VOIP Provider's IP Address, and change the WAN parameter to the WAN interface you're going to use.

You might as well sell or return the 605 V1 and stop beating your head against the wall. ER605 V1 is EOL. You are beating a dead horse here.
Go out and buy the ER7206 and enable VoiP Prioritization. Enter the ports and be done with it.
