Vigi C540V there is a problem with your sd card
After a recent update to the above firmware , all sd-cards show as unformatted and you cannot format them. There is no option to roll back to a previous version, So now all of my 540's are broken and not usuable. Why did this happen and what can be done to fix this problem ?. To make matters worse I am oversea's not not able to physically access the cameras.
The sd-cards were working perfectly well in the prior version .

Still waiting for someone to reply or respond.I guess I won't be using TP-Link products ever again, nothing but expensive junk.
Will be throwing all 6 cameras out as soon as I get home and replace with something that works !!.

You should send another reply to that ticket. The case has been escalated to the senior engineer.
The reply time would increase due to our incoming vacation. Please check this out with the senior engineer again with a reply.

I also have a problem with my Vigi C450
it says the SD Card is not formatted. My micro SD got corrupted. Tried already two bnew Original Lexar Micro SD 128GB. Both destroyed. Tried the third one and it does the same after 2 days. so I have 3 Micro SD broken due to this camera. I have sent concern to the online seller in shopee. But still no reply and cant resolve the issue.
