EAP245 V3 from Amazon
Hi all,
I just bought from Amazon Italia 2x EAP245 and they shipped me 1x V4 and 1x V3.
How should I behave?
I have seen V3 is basically deprecated...
Why Amazon is still shipping V3 ???

Amazon would keep different versions and sell em all. Typical of Amazon.
Just contact the Amazon and return and place a new order. Avoid discontinued versions.

yes, sure, I have up to March 8th to return it to Amazon.
But I'm just curious if this is still sellable as new product...

For sure, ask all of us who have ER605v1's.
I would just return the v3, but was this direct from Amazon or via one of its sellers. I'd be surprised if Amazon's own stock pool still had old gear...and if it is Amazon, check the serial number of the device against the box, some people are naughty.

It's official Amazon, no marketplace.
One was V4 and one was V3 in the same order placed this week.
I didn't open the box, so I'm basing my statement on the label on the box.
Do you want the serial number?

This is precisely what I'm doing, but I'm afraid to reorder from Amazon at this point...
