I want to redesign my office network,

I have aprrox. 1500 clients on wifi  and approx.  250 clients on desktop system. ( Both wifi and desktop clients are not active always, means they are not using bandwidth at once)

I have 2 ISP ( with 100mbps and 250 mbps lease line). Using 1 ISP as a backup

I want Vlan 1 for the ip range from 10.67.1.100 to 10.67.10.100 ( all dhcp)

               Vlan 2 for the ip range from 10.68.1.100 to 10.68.10.100 ( all dhcp)

Currently devices we have are 

1. ER7206 

 2. OC200

 3. Switches  POE Unmanaged   ( 1GiG switches)

 4. 50 Access Point ( EAP245 (20) and EAP 660HD (30))

i dont want any layer 3 switch because my network is simple and i want that all can access everything. (ofcourse expert my router and other things)

Currenlty i m facing problem of releasing  IP address becuase of Er7206 ( it can handle only 1024 dhcp Cleints)

Should i buy another Er7206 router and if i buy that, how to connect both router so that i can get more ips

OC200 is only use for control access point, i have not connect er7206 with it.

if i have 2 router, will it work for 2000 dhcp clients?
