My ISP Bandwidth is 600Mbps and all my hotspot users thru voucher code were set to ONLY 1Mbps. I wonder why my internet connection becomes intermittent or super slow when it reaches over 50 users.

Based on the image below, I am suspecting that the load Balancing Weight includes the SFP WAN which is not active is causing the intermittent.

 

I just add another ISP today and found out that about it.

Should I put zero in the first box to disable it? I don't also understand which box correspond to SFP, WAN1 and WAN2.

 

I really appreciate your continues support to newbies like me.

Absolutely disable unused WAN ports for performance reasons.  If the gui accepts a zero great, if not, make the weights something like 1000, 1000, 1.

 

If the sfp port refuses to disable, you could also purchase an ethernet SFP module and the use that port and disable one of the others.
