Manual Update: I cannot identify the origin. But in the back of the router, it writes US. And it takes a lot of time to upload. 2 hours running but not uploading.

What are the issues here?

The FW releases mentioned are for the EU region, while you're reporting US region on the deivce - they should match.

The FW region and HW version of the deice is printed on the bottom sticker - details.

After you know the region and HW version download the FW file from the appropriate support portal.

Unzip the file locally and use the BIN file to upload to the router.
