Model: Archer BE800
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20240227 rel.33191(5553)

My router just updated today to the latest firmware version and it broke the mlo network for my S24 Ultra. Where is constantly dropping connection from it. I try rebooting, factory resetting and even a firmware downgrade, but I get an error.

Hi, is your MLO network settings exactly the same as that on previous firmware?

Please make sure the MLO network SSID is different from the main network, uncheck 2.4GHz for MLO network, then check if it would be stable.

The error you're getting is most probably because you're not allowed to downgrade to a previous FW release from the curren one.

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".

@terziyski Ah, that's too bad, because the version before this one is more stable.

That's just a suggestion because your FW version is not listed yet on the BE800 support portal. Which FW region your router is - you can check that on its bottom sticker.

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".

If you open the BE800 US support portlal - https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/archer-be800/v1/#Firmware

You won't see this FW release because it's a brand new - I assume you received it through a FW auto-update feature recently.

I assume that you own HW v1 - that's on the bottom sticker as well.

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".

  @KidaT

When looking for your HW version the following rule applies:

Normally Vx.0=Vx.6/Vx.8 (eg:V1.0=V1.6/V1.8);   Vx.x0=Vx.x6/Vx.x8 (eg:V1.20=V1.26/V1.28

So it's quite normal that these are the same FW releases as for HW v1.

Yes, you did it right - bottom sticker has precedence over other info (like the WebGUI). In your case though, it wouldn't matter.

I guess now I have to just wait for another other update, hoping it'll fix my problem. Thank you for your help.
