Omada DHCP Option 66

ER8411(UN)_V1_1.2.1 Build 20240308
Omada_SDN_Controller_v5.13.30.8_linux
clients still can't recerve option 66 from Omada

Answer:
Bootfile Name: "XXX.pxe"\x00
TFTP Server Name: 192.168.1.3\x00
Received records in answer are not clear with \x00

can't receive next-server from OPTION 66

Thanks for posting in our business forum.
DHCP Options 66 and 67 are supported. But the Next Server is NOT. We are aware of this issue and it is scheduled to be developed and fixed in Q3 this year.
Currently, only ER605 V2 standalone mode applies to the beta in your link.
If you have a batch of ER8411 and need firmware to address it right now, please contact your local TP-Link sales team and get a special agent following your case. In the email, please state your identity and the number of the model(8411 in this case) you have at least above 10 pcs. Or you will not be followed up timely or replied as it will be forwarded to the support team.
(Note that only you have dozens of units of the same model, you may have VIP support to follow it up. Pro and consumer may not get the support from the local team.)
