I'm having trouble with the utility. Only once has it shown both of my adapters and the speed, which was fine. Either it shows one or none. Trying to upgrade it asks for a file which I don't seem to have.

im also unable to connect a third.

And the connection between the two has failed 3 times in the last 5 days.

Have you tried first to uninstall the old version and then install the new one ?

I installed the only version I found a few says ago.is there a newer one noe?

Here's the tpPLC utility download page - I can see at least six Windows OS versions there. You should check what version you have installed and if there's a newer.
