multiple wan vdsl block me out from my hostin provider.
Hello i am very happy first day i am testing omada , an i have 4 vdsl 200/20, i can take speed up 700/70 , my hosting provider when i am using eth5 return error user name password. if i use any router alone is possible to login. it is like have a filter and read 4 vdsl together and block me.

Don't understand your question at all. The sentence is scattered and the sense is obscure.
The router only has 3 WAN ports max if you use RJ45.
If there is a rejection from your ISP, you should try to MAC clone or clear the restored MAC address on your modem. If this does not fix, then you should contact your ISP about this matter. Usually, it should work without a problem The MAC address on each WAN is different. From the OSI model, nothing should stop it from connecting unless you ISP set something special.
