What exactly does the third option "Unlimted for Usage" really means?
I create a voucher that was set to this with a duration of 30 mins for each client but the voucher expired after the first client used it.
What is the correct settings to have everyone using the card but only for 30 mins each?

Try to select the type as Unlimited For Usage, Duration time Type as Client Duration and custom the duration time according to your request.
@Hank21 I did that, but after the first client's 30 mins expires, the voucher expires for everyone.
