Model: VIGI C345
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Hello,
what is the difference in video quality (
C345, C355 and C385)
all have the same image sensor ( 1/2.7” )
the only difference is the video resolution, but does the C355 have better video quality than the C345?
all models have the same video bitrate: max 6 Mbps
So should all these models have the same video quality? theoretically 6 Mbps @ 2688x1520  is the same quality as 6 Mbps @ 3840x2160
Or are different image sensors installed that offer different quality?

Pity that there are no example pictures.

I would like to thank support for their answer!

Hi @Elite91

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

I think you can use the filter and compare system to find out what's different.

Bitrate does not matter if you have different resolutions. If the resolution is the same, you should check the bitrate. If the bitrate is different when the res is the same, the higher the bitrate, the better the image.
