Hello,
I have a C240I camera. Firmware 2.0.0 Build 231123 Rel.56012n is installed. When I search for firmware updates via the web-ui, it says firmware-up-to-date. But if I look at the support page on the TP-Link homepage, there is a firmware 2.0.2 (VIGI C240I(UN)_V1.20_2.0.2 Build 240410 - Link) which is marked as “First released firmware”, but is obviously newer than the one I have installed.
Can I manually install the firmware from the support page, or should I not?

You should check what kind of hardware you have. That is clearly marked suitable for V1.20. So the question is whether you have a V1.20 hardware VIGI C240I?
