To be able to better get the events in Service-desk workflows, we would like to have following added to the [Mail server]:

1. [Subject Prefix]
   The text one adds in here will always be the first text in any email sent.
   One could use that to distinguish location/site or other important data used to make descisions in a workflow/rule
2. [Sender Name]
   This is a little extra to the [Sender Address] that is already available
   Next to using a "no-reply@" address, one can add more valuable data in here
3. Always, in every sent email, add the serial number of the controller in the body text of the email.

These three adjustments will make a great GREAT difference in Service-desk systems and their workflows/rules.
