Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20240308 Rel.75819

I have a problem linking the ER8411 via SFP+ 10G module (CAT8 cable, 2nd port) with the TL-SX3008F, also equipped with SFP+ 10G cable module. Sometimes, the link is not working at all, sometimes I get an IP from the ER8411, full download speed, but 1/10th of the actual upload performance. When using SFP (1G) modules, no problem at all...

 

Is the ER8411 really 10G compatible, or is it limited to 10G Fiber modules?

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

What module do you use? We don't have issues with the TP-Link SFP+ RJ45 modules.

It is 10Gbps capable. I think you may examine the modules and cables.
