Can anyone help? I've been having problems with my Deco network. But now my wifi network functions perfectly well but my app can't connect to the network. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling with no luck. Can anyone advise what I can try? I really don't want to reset all Deco units.

This issue is a bit unusual, so we might need to gather some information:
1. It is recommended that you provide a screenshot of the APP home page. Is the error reported on the APP couldn't find Deco or lets begin?
2. What is the color of the main Deco light?
3. Since this problem is related to the APP, it is recommended that you refer to the following link to send us the APP Log:
