Hi So i had 3 P9 but 1 has acted up and keeps disconnecting from from my mesh and turning red. I have tried everything to fix it but i think its got a fault on it. I want to add 2 new ones into my Mesh, but i was wondering can i add a newer unit then the P9 into my mesh and it all still perform at the same level?

Hi

You can add higher-specification Deco, but many other higher-specification Deco can only form Wi-Fi or Ethernet Backhaul with P9, and cannot form Powerline Backhaul. Therefore, if you still want Powerline Backhaul, it is recommended that you buy more P9 or P7. For more information please refer to:

In addition, you could try swapping the position of the flashing red Deco with another satellite Deco that is working properly to verify whether the problem is with a specific Deco. If the problem still occurs with a particular Deco despite the flashing red Deco having been moved, then you could contact the retailer or local support to check the warranty.
