Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.2.5

While monitoring the network, I have noticed that the devices within the network appear to be functioning correctly; however, there seems to be an issue with visibility of clients utilizing the internet. Despite the network devices showing as operational, we are unable to see or monitor the clients who are actively using the internet.

Hi @Langkat

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

1. Please specify your network diagram.

Here's the thing, if your device is not getting an IP from the router, then their stats are not calculated. You should refer to that in your switch(if it plays as the DHCP server).

If there is a layer 3 device playing as the rely-on in between, the display may not be accurate.

2. The stats are not instantly synced like the standalone mode in which you have a tab IP Statistics. In there, you can find all the connections available and local IP addresses for stats.

If that's what you look for, that's completely relying on the router without syncing the stats to the controller.

Note that the sync time(lag) is expected between two devices. They sync periodically.

If none of the devices ever show up, please specify the information I asked for above and the controller version.

You should also check the firewall settings if you are using an SDN controller on a computer.
