Can NVR record more cameras than its number of channels?
Looking at the spec sheets, the 4, 8, and 16 channel NVRs all have 80 Mbps Input Bandwidth and '8 channel @ 2MP' Decoding Capability, with the difference being number of Input Cameras and Synchronous Playback.
