My EAP110 don't gets on when putting cable in my adapter and in my EAP the green light on the adapter turns off immediately and when I take the network cable out again the light turn on

Have you tried a different cable? Are you using the supplied tplink adapter?

Then my guess is the power circuit in the AP is fried which is causing the adapter to shutdown to protect itself.
Power surges are bad and this is not unheard of. Sorry, but it is probably new AP time.

With the cable plugged in, press and hold the reset button for around 8 seconds, see if it will work.
If still no help, you may contact your retailer.
