Model: ER706W
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.2 Build 20240726

Hello, this is my first time installing the ER706W. I have worked with almost all EAPs and routers, all without problems but this one is a new to me. While all devices, Android, Windows, and some older iPhones (iPhone 12) can download at about 300Mbps, the iPhone 14 Pro Max and the iMac only reach up to 30Mbps. Nothing changes when connecting the iMac via ethernet cable. The iPhone 14 Pro Max when connected to the ER706W I have to turn off the Bluetooth to reach 300Mbps, while when connected to an EAP653 it works just fine with Bluetooth on. Have you seen anything like it?

Did you test the mentioned devices one by one?

Did you make sure the WIFI test was done by the ER706W WIFI instead of the mesh signal from other APs if you have to mesh them or happened to connect to them?

You said that the cable test for iMac is 30Mbps, so this does not look like a problem with the router.

I want to learn more about how you tested these devices. Hope you can give more comparative tests.

Any of other devices do not run a problem with the speed on ER706W, only a few devices, could be a problem with the Bluetooth on your devices. Note that the ER706W does not have a Bluetooth.

Even if you think this is a problem with the interference, do you have a USB WAN on the ER706W? Only thing that could interfere with a WIFI, that'd be the USB.
