  @Vincent-TP

I am having the same issues as others. I am running in a docker container managed by portainer on ubuntu 22.04. I cannot click the cloud slider, its stuck on. Once you access a site, you cannot go back to the global setting. It dropped all the SSL certs. I cannot log in with the local account at all, and can only access the local is with my cloud credentials. I tried to roll back, but that took a bad turn, so for now I will just stay on the 5.15.6.4 unti you guys get it fixed. It is functioning somewhat.

Re:Omada SDN Controller_V5.15.6.4 Pre-Release Firmware(Released on Oct 18th, 2024)-Solution
a week ago - last edited a week ago

Hi all,

For the cloud access offline issue, here is a temporary solution:

Login the controller locally, disable and re-enable the cloud access button, it will bring the controller back online.

Some people can't do this because they are logged in locally with a cloud account.

For these people, please log out the controller, and log back in with a local account. After this, you will be able to disable and re-enable the cloud access button.

We will fix this issue in the official firmware. For now, please do as I said above. Thank you for your understanding.

Scratch that. I just initiated a password change and then it worked. Thanks for the tip.

  @Vincent-TP Excellent workaround - thank you!!! It worked...you have to login as the LOCAL account that is defined as the "Main Administrator" in order for this workaround to enable Cloud Access. I logged in as the local "main administrator" account directly on the Windows 11 system hosting the Omada Controller and was able to disable/enable Cloud access.
