Hello, my camera sudden stop broadcasting a video feed to NVR yet the indicator shows Green Light and received good signal. Now the problem is I'm trying to reset it, but the reset button is not working. I pressed it for more than 10 seconds and nothing happened, even no sound.

 

Is there other way to reset the camera aside from the button? Accessing it by ip address is not working also.

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Software reset it if you can log into it. There are just two ways of resetting it. Hardware button or software control.
