I have some of these switches in my network and some of them I can ping and they show up on an IP Scanner and they work properly but they show as offline on the controller and I cant connect to them via HTTPS.

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Were they adopted and controlled by the controller before?

You can reset them safely if that's the case as the config stores at the controller.
