Loosing Internet Connection + OC200 + EAP653 + Redmi Note 11 Pro
Hello,
since a few days my smartphone looses internet connection (little "!" on the wifi icon)also it is connected to the AP.
It seems to happen randomly although when it stays on the same place.
All other wifi clients don't have this problem until now.
I tried disabling Band Steering and 802.11r, but the problem stays the same.
It seems to be the same problem like here:

But unfortunately there isn't a solution.
Does anybody have an idea?

Hi @Mila84
How often will the issue happen? Will this disappear automatically?
Will this issue happen if connect this phone to another wireless network?
What's the firmware version of the EAP? Is it the latest?
The fact that only your Redmi Note 11 Pro is affected while other clients work fine suggests that the problem might be specific to your device's settings, software, or hardware.
Possible Causes and Solutions
- Device - Specific Settings:
- Power Saving Mode: Check if your phone's power - saving mode is enabled. Sometimes, power - saving settings can restrict the Wi - Fi connection to conserve battery, leading to intermittent internet access. Disable the power - saving mode or adjust its Wi - Fi - related settings.
- Wi - Fi Sleep Policy: Look into the Wi - Fi sleep policy in your device settings. It might be set to turn off Wi - Fi when the screen is off or after a certain period of inactivity. Change this setting to "Always on" or a more suitable option that doesn't disrupt the connection.
- MAC Address Filtering: It's possible that your access point has MAC address filtering enabled and there's an issue with the way your device's MAC address is recognized. Try adding your Redmi Note 11 Pro's MAC address to the access point's trusted list (if it's not already there) or disabling MAC address filtering temporarily to see if it resolves the problem.

Hi @Vincent-TP ,
thank you for your answer.
It happens several times a day. It disappears automatically after 1-2 minutes or if you disable and enable the wifi of the phone.
In other networks the error doesn't occur.
I upgraded to the latest firmware yesterday and have to check whether it is the solution in the next few days.
In my opinion power saving mode and Wifi Sleep policy can't be the problem because it works permanently in other networks and wifi isn't tuned off, only the internet connection is lost.
MAC Adress filtering is disabled.
