Hi  @Ovanss

When you trying to adopt the EAP, is the controller PC connecting to the EAP default SSID?

When the device is under provisioning status, it's trying to apply the controller's settings. During this period, the controller will wipe the EAP's default SSID and give it the WLAN settings on the controller. Once the default SSID had been deleted, the PC will be disconnected to the network. That's why the EAP turn to disconnected.

To fix it, please connect the controller PC to your ISP router to adopt the EAP.
