I have an M5 mesh network connected to my Main router that was provided by my ISP. I recently installed an IPTV app on a Xiaomi box device. The IPTV app (or apps since I've tried so many) would not work if I'm connected to the mesh network. They would work when I try connecting to my phone through hotspot. I think it is some sort of security issue. Is there any fix to this?

Hi, welcome to our community.

Here are some suggestions for your reference:

1. Please follow this guide to check your settings: How to Configure IPTV function on Deco

2. Check the Parental Control settings, including content filtering and website/app blocking. Or you may turn off parental control for a try.

3. Turn off the UPNP feature for a try in the Deco App Under: More > Advanced > NAT Forwarding.

Hi, I think you should connect it through LAN cable to the specified port, and find the correct IPTV settings for your ISP. Which in my case works over WIFI, when changing a setting on KPN setupbox, it just simply works.
