EAP670 - Slow speeds
Hi, Im not sure if anyone can really assist with this but im going out my mind. This is a home set up, using one 670 via the cloud. I have numerous smart devices, most are Shelly or Tapo, the odd Matter and 2 Tuya devices.
I have FTTP of 600/600 and I get this if I hardwire. Wifi I was getting around 500 until just a few days ago but now im getting anything from 8 to 90Mbps and I cannot work out why.
There is approximately 50-60 devices joined to the wifi.
The wifi was 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz but most of the Smart devies only use 2.4Ghz, so I made a second ssid leaving all smart devices on he first one and making it 2.4 only and the second ssid 5Ghz only, but this doesnt really seem to make much difference.
I'm new to the cloud so still getting my barings around it. Is there a way to download logs that someone with better knowledge could look at with me? Can I see if a device is bringing the speeds down some how?
Any advice would be greatly received, thank you.

Thank you for your reply. I have already taken these steps, accept the AI Wlan as I do not have this option.
I have just turned the wifi back on on my Trooli router and with out changing any settings on this Im getting 400/100 over wifi. So surely it's something on the TP side?
I have a second EAP610 that was off, but have turned this back on and it is meshed to the 670 downstairs.
What other steps can I take to try and figure out why im getting such slow speeds when connected to either EAP's but not the Trooli router.

Hi @McFly82
Did you test the speed on 5G? What speed will you get when connecting to 5G?
What's the firmware version of the EAP?
If only connect one wireless client to the 5G, what's the speed?
Before you test the speed, please use a wifi analyzer to detect the most spare channel.
If convenient, please plug the second EAP directly to the router, and test the speed on 5G, and let us know the result. Thanks.

Did you check what speed the ports negotiated to make sure its not 10/100 for some reason? can you replace the cable to verify its not a physical issue?

Thank you, I don't know why i didnt think about trying on the router or away from the cable run. I think as I did have good speeds for about a wqeek or so, I didnt suspect the cable, BUT moving it to the router im getting the speeds I would expect.
