ER605 v2 Server not showing on insight
Hi,
I have purchased the ER605 V2 and have set it up as a OpenVPN server in my office since i cant use our Ubiquiti VPN for remote users to connect to (who also have ER605v2).
I have run into 2 issues:
1. I cant see the VPN server in insights.
2. I have 2 remote ER605v2 set up as OpenVPN Clients but they cant seem to be able to connect to the server in the main office. I have followed all the guides and videos and still cant establish a connection.

Hi,
For that the diagram of your configuration would be required as well as screenshots of configuration of your OVPN Server and Clients.
Blur out all sensitive data.
Also, is your server connected directly to ISP (you have public server on your ER605 router) or you have some ISP's router before your ER605?

Thanks for posting in our business forum.
If it is not displayed on the Insight page, it means the connection is not even up. Or no devices have been connected to it.
Pretty much looks like a problem with your network environment.

Does the router in the office have a public IP or is the router behind another router?
You also need to make sure that the OpenVPN IP Pool does not overlap with any other networks.

The er605 is connected to our ubiquiti UDM which has the public IP
The IP pool has zero conflicts even with our external connections.
