I just bought a ER707-M2 and for last two days I been trying to connect my router setup (PPPoE) to ISP(TPG) and it keeps falling.
As soon as I plug in the old router and it works.

i have set the correct user name and pw as well.

it keeps giving me a timing out error.

any help would be appreciated.

Clone the MAC address of your last router to the new router's WAN.

Or contact your ISP to release the stored MAC address.

Or turn off the modem for 10 minutes and boot up with the new router connected.
