I have setup LAN-TO-LAN VPN. On the responder side there is one LAN and the ER605 with a LAN address of 192.168.1.155. I can map remotely to all servers that use the .155 gateway. However, there is another brand router on the same LAN & subnet that uses a LAN address of 192.168.1.254 that I can't map to. How can I ping and map to the .254 servers accessing remotely through the VPN using the .155 address?

Same subnets on a remote router?

You should read the guides on S2S VPN config and change that subnet.
