Hi,

maybe a stupid question but is it save to do firmware updates on the switch which powers the oc200?
I think while the switch reboots the oc200 looses power and this concerns me will the update be successful or will the power-loss of the oc200 break something?

side question: how about "cold and dark" boot?

so lets say i loose power and its coming back on... on which config will the switch boot until the oc200 is ready and give the switch his instructions?

Thanks for posting in our business forum.
Reboot only happens after the firmware update is finished.

It will upload the firmware and send the command to update it. This should be fine as far as I know. I have not seen a case caused by this.

The config will sync every time you make a change to the config.

Once synced, it will be saved to the device.

Getting back power, you only get it readopted. That only gains the control of the device and compares differences if there is a new change.
