I have an ER605 and was using L2TP VPN however I no longer need it and it refuses to delete and gets stuck at halfway mark. Please advise how to delete. Resetting the router is not a viable option.

Delete anything related to this VPN tunnel if you need to remove this VPN setting.

  @Clive_A I ended up going back to a backup I had prior to this configuration and updated what changed since. But before this I deleted everything linked, including users and somehow it wouldn't delete. Unsure the cause but I think it's a bug.

The system is based on the Linux. As we don't offer the choice to use commands like service network restart, or service reload, a restart of the router may help clear and reload the config.

I cannot decide if this is a case that we need to further debug. If you have the backup and are open to sharing it with us, then I can continue to work on this with you.
