i need some help. 

I have 3 static IP , and 1 dynamic IP from my ISP internet provider. If I configure the WAN-WAN1 port and even WAN2 using a static IP from the ISP, all of those ports do not get internet. But if I use a dynamic IP on the WAN port, the internet is there and normal, 

I have done several things: 
reset several times, 
upgrade firmware, downgrade firmware. 

but still not solved my problem

Please help immediately, I don't know if this is a bug from the ER7206
