ER8411 - Configuring Syslog on port 1514

Please tell me how to configure the ER8411 router so that it sends syslog to port 1514?
I did not find this in the System Tools -> System Log settings.

You can set it up under Global View and/or via the site settings if you are using a controller. In standalone mode I don't know if you can.
Under Global View, Settings -> Controller Settings -> Services -> Remote Logging
In site view under Settings -> Site Settings -> General Config -> Remote Logging
