Cloud Controller external hotspot portal stopped working (Version 5.9.31)

In my cloud based controller All of sudden running External hotspot not able loding the landing page, so changed the diiferent portals with adding access control not able to load the landing pages .

What's the model number of the EAP units you are using?
Please also share a screenshot of the error message when failed to load the landing page.

@Vincent-TP I have done everything didnt work still getting landing page issue., upgraded/downgraded the controller and devices , landing page not displaying in all eap device models lik eap110,225,245 indoor/outdoor, called to support of TP-Link and they are telling our Sr. Technical people will call you to resolve the issue but didnt called me from last 2 months even i am trying to call regularly but no use
