Thanks for posting in our business forum.
We do not support third-party software. What you want to do is not possible.
But you can do an automation on your operating system, which is possible. Get a PC to run 24/7 and snap picture and an automation on it to send the new files in the folder to Telegram.

Adapted firmware is required to enable FTP server.
