Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.34.2 Build 20250110 Rel.75707

There is a problem with Omada regarding EAPS that randomly disconnect, I have already changed the network cables, connectors, I have done almost everything within my reach, but the problem persists, I don't know what to do anymore.

 Almost all of these EAPS have disconnected, some more frequently than others. And this problem is weekly, always at least 1 disconnects, sometimes 2...3. This is very complicated.The EAP only starts working again after turning it off.

The most curious thing of all is that I can ping the disconnected EAP

  @Vincent-TP Thanks for responding, and sorry for the delay. I was researching a solution. After racking my brains over the problem.

I replaced the network cable connecting the EAP225 or PoE Switch, and it apparently solved the problem. They're selling CAT6 cables here, but they're actually of poor quality. I think that was the problem. Thanks for your help.

Hi  @Bug_do_Ti

When the EAP is disconnected, will its Internet access still work?

You may stand near that EAP to see if you can connect to it.

Did you change the cable connecting to the OC200?

Which EAPs disconnect more often?

  @Bug_do_Ti

Does the issue persist?

We had release a new firmware for OC200, please update it to have a try.
