Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.0.11

First sorry for my english, as im not a native speaker.
Ok so i bought 2 c300hp cameras to upgrade my security at home. i installed them both. i used PoEs to power them. the front cam i configured it, did everything and than i stumbeled on the ip allow and deny section. ive put to the allow list 192.168.188.2 and 192.168.188.55. The camera is on the 192.168.1.11 ip. now i cant acces it anymore. i tried some spoofing methods and still didnt work. i updated it before i did this so i suppose its the latest version for this camera. can anyone help me with that. i can provide any information abt config or other stuff. thank u in advance.

If you set up the allow list, you should try to set your PC that accesses the camera to the allowed IP range. Set the camera to the same subnet as well. And then try again from the PC.

Or you should consider resetting them.
