CAN I RESET THE SWITCH TL-SG2428P VIA OMADA WEB CONTROLLER, BECOUSE I'M NOT ON SITE.

BECOUSE MANAGED BY OTHER I DONT KNOW THE PASSOWORD SO I CANT ADOPT THE SWITCH TL-SG2428P.

PLEASE HELP ME. 

IF THE SOLUTION MUST HARD RESET, INEVITABLY I HAVE TO GO TO THE LOCATION.

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

The option to reset in controller mode is to forget. But this requires that the controller has control or has adopted the device. If you don't have it under control in controller mode, there is no way to forget(reset) it remotely.

Controller cannot reset, reboot or manage a switch it cannot adopt.
