Good evening, everyone.
I have a question. I configured a TPLink EAP 225 via the web interface. The PCs reach the SSID and log in and can browse the internet. The same doesn't happen with cell phones; they reach the SSID but can't validate the SSID key. What could be happening? Any idea what's wrong? I tried configuring the AP via OMADA, but it doesn't seem to be working.

Thank you very much. Any ideas would be welcome.

  @flielguera

Do you have one network for both (5 and 2.4GHz)? Or separate ones?

Maybe the WiFi security set up for that network is not supported by phone? Have you tried to set up different WiFi security settings?

Cheers

Hi  @flielguera

Please share a screenshot of the SSID settings of the EAP, also a screenshot when the phones failed to connect.

You may create a new test ssid with Security type  WPA-personal, and see if the same issue persists.
