Several times a day when using Samsung Galaxy S25 on WiFi 7 with MLO for a period of 5-10 seconds there is 100% packet loss. There are 2 S25s in the household and both suffer the same issue. These are the only devices thay support MLO with none of my other devices having any connectivity issues.

 

I have 2 * EAP773 on the latest firmware (1.0.14), the clients are not roaming between AP when the packet loss occurs. I cannot see anything in the Omada logs relating to the packet loss.

Would you please share a screenshot of the MLO SSID config?

When the issue happened, was there any high traffic internet activities, such as download videos? 

  1. When did you first notice this issue? Did it exist since the EAP was installed or after some normal usage?

 

Also, could you please help us to confirm the following to make sure my understanding is correct:

1. The S25s work well with non-MLO networks?

2. Both of the 2 EAP773 are having this issue with S25?

Hi  @Vincent-TP 

The issue has been ocurring for a since we got the S25 phones which was a couple of months ago. The devices are in a residnetial house, wireless traffic is never very high andI  can confirm it occurs when there is nothing else actively using the wireless network.

 

The S25s work well with non MLO networks, including these EAP773s when MLO is turned off. The issue occurs regardless of which EAP773 the S25 is connected to.
